What are particles actually consists of? How actually we can relate matter to energy and what's the relation? Is there any theory which relate all theories and form energies?

So you might think that atom and molecules which is made up of proton, neutron and electron. Proton and Neutron are formed by the strong bound of up and down quarks. So Electron ,is a part of lepton family, orbits the nucleus of atom.
